Hi. I left a message on your old blog site - just found your sites. Look forward to reading and learning from them. I'm mid-40's, stay at home with three kids ages 13, 10, and 6. Self diagnosed after all these years with ADD (the laundry and paper piles should have been a clue!). Kids probably have some form of condition too. Husband too, although he is ever so reluctant to admit it. We have lots to work on, but hopefully we are moving in the right direction. Thank you for your great blog! Look forward to reading it!

Hi, I am reading around your website and have a question for you. Did you or are you nursing while on Adderall? I am breastfeeding my almost 8 month old and needing to go back on it. The problem is that everyone says it's really bad.
If you did it, how was it for you?
